The reservation can be made by fill in reservation form for resort or diving course in our website, sending us an email , calling us , or going to our resort. You can find our contact in the footer of this website, we will confirm you the availability in a short time.

Cancelation?

Less than 1 week : full charge of your payment

Between 1 week - 30 days : 25% of your payment

More than 30 days : No charge

Water on the Nusas:

​

Remoteness and adventure on a paradise island as this one has its uniqueness and new experiences.

That's why we love it here!! :)

Please note that the Nusas, (Lembogan, Penida), Gilis, etc...(as most of the Indonesian remote paradise's islands) lack of local supply of pure fresh water. The non-drinkable water supply of the islands comes mostly from wells, transported to resorts and re-filtered for perfect enjoyment.

​

While having your daily bathroom routine, you may notice the slightly saline level of the water.

​

We may not be used to it in our home towns, but this water has notorious therapeutic effects.

Being very commonly used on Spa resorts/Wellness all around Bali and Indonesia.

How can we pay our activities and Accommodations In Planet Nomadas?

​

We accept payments by credit card, bank transfers and cash.

(25 % deposit will be requested on the first stage booking period)

What’s the currency on Bali?

​

The local currency is the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Please feel free to check the rates here.

Are there any ATMs or banks on Nusa Lembongan.

​

At this moment, there are 3 ATM in Lembongan that accept Mastercards.

One of them accepting Visa (no always have cash or working properly).

 

Paying with Visa or MasterCard (commission, +approx 3-5%) at a few hotels and restaurants is possible.

 

However, we highly recommend you to bring cash (Rupiah) with you.

Worst-case scenario,  you could exchange foreign currency at one of the local money changers at Sanur, Bali.

​

There is a handy ATM at Dunkin Donuts (Sanur) on the road down to the speedboat ride to Lembogan.

Permata bank ATM (also at Sanur), you can withdraw up to Rp 3,000,000 at one time.

Do I need to take malaria tablets on the Island?

​

Like Bali, these 3 islands: Nusa Lembongan, Ceningan and Penida are very low risk areas for malaria.

Antimalarials may be necessary if you are traveling to other parts of Indonesia, so please consult with your doctor beforehand.

Are  there any Doctors in Nusa Lembongan?

​

Yes. There are several doctors on the island and a good clinic that has an onsite dispensary.

Minor ailments are treated easily here, but more serious conditions will be referred to Bali, where international standard's hospitals are based.

What do I need to bring with me to be able to dive with Planet Nomadas?

Certification Card or Log book

Diving Insurance or  other  insurance covers diving activities risks.

If I have an existing medical condition, will I still be able to dive?

​

Certainly there are some medical conditions which are not compatible with diving.

All students must complete a medical questionnaire prior to starting their course.

Feel free to download the medical questionnaire on the left of this page and take a look at the questions.

If you think you may need to answer “yes” to any question, check with your doctor first and get them to sign the form.

For fun divers, it is your own responsibility to assess your ability to dive.

Are the dive sites around Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida suitable for inexperienced divers?

Yes.

We time our daily trips so that our guests dive while there is an incoming tide.

That way the currents are gentle and divers of all abilities can enjoy the underwater scenery.

Our dive groups are small - a maximum of four divers per dive guide- so that guests are grouped with others of similar ability and dive to their own level of capability and experience.

Do you provide Nitrox?

​

Yes, Nitrox is provided with a small additional charge.

Ask our reservation. 100.000 IDR per tank.

How far is the resort from the beach?

​

20 mts from our resort is the beach with a stunning view of Bali and it's mount Agung.

Years ago the area was well known for its multiple seaweed farms.

A little walk to the east will lead you to Lembogan's mangrove forest, where sunrises are simply stunning.

How to get around in the Island?

​

There are plenty of motorbikes and bicycle rental on the island.

Ask our staff if you need this kind of service.

The fee for renting one motorbike will be around IDR 120.000/day and IDR 50.000/day for a bicycle.

Do I need my own equipment during the surf school?

​

Tuition at the surf school includes soft-top learning boards.

If you bring your own board we have an area to store it safely during your stay, after enjoying a great surfing session.

Are the Lembongan waves ok for beginners?

 

Lembongan has surf spots for any skills.

And if you are planning to start with us, "Playgrounds" is the surf spot to go.

What’s the temperature like on Bali?

​

All year round the temperature is always around 27-28°C.

At night during the European summer months, it can cool down to as little as 20-24°C.

 

As for divers, a 3mm/5mm wetsuit could be recommended.

What is the best way to get to you  resort from Bali?

​

There are 2 options.

 

1.- Call us minimum 2 days before departure, ask to our reservation staff to arrange the land pickup in Bali to Sanur Harbor and boat ticket (return or one way ), and you will be dropped in Planet Nomadas.

​

2.- If you'd like to do it on your own, you can go to sanur harbor, and get your own boat ticket to Nusa Lembongan. Tell the boat company you want to go to Jungut Batu. Rent a bike near the Harbor in Jungut Batu, and guide yourself to Planet Nomadas. 

How long does it takes the boat transfer from Sanur to Lembongan?

It will takes around 25 minutes with fast boat.

We love our Geckos!! :))

Geckos are completely harmless and an important part of the biology, culture, and tradition of Indonesia.

Sadly the number of Geckos is quickly decreasing due to an absurd use for Chinese medicine.
